ADA Technical Support Hotline Now Available to All Matrix Customers with Disabilities

CoreLogic® is pleased to announce the availability of a new technical support hotline for Matrix™ customers with disabilities. The CoreLogic AnswerLink® ADA Hotline uses specially trained staff to assist customers who have hearing, visual, or other impairments. The new ADA Hotline is available to all Matrix customers with disabilities, not just those who subscribe to AnswerLink.

The AnswerLink ADA Hotline phone number is 844-209-0134. Please ensure your members are aware of this new toll-free number and its purpose, and update your technical support contact information appropriately. Service is available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time, Monday to Friday.
